Drew Peterson threatens lawsuit to stop Lifetime TV movie. Nathan Leopold, Jr., one of two graduate students convicted of the infamous 1924 thrill killing of 14-year-old Bobby Franks, had been on parole for nearly a year when 20th Century Fox released a film about the historic Chicago trial, starring Orson Welles.
